When I was a child our pool would slowly get that slimy algae buildup from no filtration. Now some kids would be grossed out. But not this girl. I would stretch those too tight rubber band goggles of pain and imagine I was Jacques Cousteau exploring the great Oceans of the world.
My entire life I have had this need for adventure. From my backyard swimming pool to the Indian Ocean I have dived in and explored. And despite my being married the majority of my travels have been solo. I have friends who ask.. what? how? could? you? why?
Why? Because my schedule and my kind of travel don’t always mesh with my spouse. Simple as that.
Maybe there are other females out there like me. Who are happily married but who also enjoy the solo journey? Or maybe you are a single person out there adventuring it up?

And even though named this site to the female solo explorer anybody with intelligent thoughts and interesting inputs are welcome!
